Determination Of Base Rate 

Our travel rates are calculated in accordance with the amount of miles and/or time involved in the trip in question. The base rate varies by destination.

Tolls Parking & Gratuity

Miscellaneous Charges
On occasion we found that we have transported more than one passenger in the same car owing to a joint arrival by those working with the same firm. In such an event an extra stop is generally required. The charges are as follows:

Same Town - $10.00

Same County - $20.00

Different County - $30.00

*additional charges for early morning rides

Cellular Phone
The charge for phone calls made from the cellular phones installed in each car is $2.00 a minute.

Airport Waiting Charges
 

Billing
We provide our clients with invoices upon completion of the particular transportation request and would ask that these invoices be satisfied within thirty days or as soon as practicable. These invoices include the base rate and miscellaneous charges used in the calculation of the total fare. In addition, monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries can be provided upon request.

Further, we offer the convenience of payment by the credit card of your choice including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.

Random Drug and Alcohol Screening

A random drug and alcohol screening is performed before candidates are hired.
